Social media integration

I would like all community members to have (a short byline and) social media icons linking to their social profiles like Facebook and Instagram, like over at Klout: https://klout.com/#/billgates

Any suggestions?

Hi, you will need to come with some extra coding and buddypress template changes; bp templates are under buddypress theme folder
