Solid background color for section shortcode

I see where I can upload a file for the background of a shortcode section. What if I just want a solid color? Is there a setting in the theme options to add a css color for the individual section background?

Its really not that critical. I was just wondering if there was a setting in the theme options for setting section background color other than uploading a graphic file, but I guess not. No biggie…
