Some items using theme build colors and not customizer colors.

I am having an issue with some of the colors in login, registration and the main page not following the customizers input.

Also search bar using correct colors on desktop mode but on the mobile side it changes back to default blue color.

Last theme build background on login page is loading before my image so you can see it for a split second sometimes. Would it be best just to delete and redo the login and register page?
