Some theme options are not working

Hello, need some help here:

I am trying to change some settings in “Fonts” and “Styling Options” in theme options. However, he settings don’t reflect on the live site. Please refer to my attachment for clearer picture.

The title “Flex-o-matic” should be 92px / bold like how I set in the theme option. While the footer background should be dark blue and the link “Terms of use” should be turquoise color.
