Some user profiles not loading

Some user profiles aren’t loading, they show only the profile pic and cover photo, but no buttons to message/friend or any of their updates.

When viewing them I get the following error in Chrome console:

Uncaught TypeError: rtm_masonry_container.masonry is not a function(anonymous function) @ rtmedia.min.js?ver=3.10.3:6j @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.3:2k.fireWith @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.3:2m.extend.ready @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.3:2J @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.3:2

 

I don’t see this on other profiles

Hello, please check at Settings > Buddypress and make sure the features are activated
