SSL issue items not being called correctly

I realize that my host…bluehost….deals with the SSL issues but they sent me this message below, any help you could render in this matter would be much appreciated as they have been very little help at all…I’ve had a terrible experience with this so far.

I have somewhat solved the problem as my website is now https BUT it doesn’t have the green lock on the side…do you know what I need to do for this? Thank you
