    Hi,

I have a SSL issue because of mixed contents. Here are what console is saying:

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://blooness.com/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script ‘http://cxsj02rqd8x2fbe5y8m7wbdi-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/plugins/foodbakery-shortlists/assets/js/functions.js?ver=foodbakery-shortlists’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Could you please help me to fix this issue so my site can be displayed as SSL secured website?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I can see the two images with the issue. I have tried to rectify this for you by uploading new versions of the images on your server and setting them via Elementor. However, your WordPress install is uploading media to http and not https so I cannot resolve the issue.

Please contact WP Engine support to address the media path issue and once this is sorted I can update the images for you.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

Are you sure that the https has to be displayed in the dashboard? On all my websites, images are showing as “https” on front-end, but not on back-end…

    Hi,

Yes, I am sure. By uploading the images as it is now I introduced a new http https issue. All paths on your site, especially on the back end, should be https for security and for use of files, like media.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

OK, I have installed SSL Insecure Content Fixer and now the medias are “https”, but for now the issue remains.

    Hi,

Which URL are you referring to? I have logged into the domain that was provided in the additional details box for the ticket and I do not see that plugin installed. Your original comment appears to be referring to another domain.

    Kieran.

    Hi,

I’m absolutely sorry for the wrong URL. Here is the real error messages that I wanted to refer:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://hawalove.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://seventhqueen.com/demo/sweetdatewp-blank/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/gray_pattern.gif'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
(index):1 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://hawalove.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://hawalove.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/gray_pattern.gif'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
(index):1 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://hawalove.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://hawalove.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/map-bg.png'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
VM69:1 carouFredSel: Set a width for the items!

I finally removed the plugin because my host provider fixed the media https issue on their side in order to let you fix the mixed content issue. Now all pictures have “https” on url.

    Hi,

I logged in and updated the two images again from Elementor to get rid of two of the three https errors.

There is one outstanding which appears to be an issue with the demo content and I have reached out to the development team for a solution to this. As soon as I have a response I will let you know and issue a fix on your site until an update is released.

    Thank you for your patience,

    Kieran

    Hi,

I went back to your site and checked again, I missed one of the background images for the row in Elementor. I have updated this for you (see screenshot).

    My apologies,

    Kieran
