Hi, before starting our project, we have some general questions:

At the moment, we’re using Amember wich is a PHP script and compatible with WordPress. This script allows us to protect the pages and access to our online courses, offered via streaming and download. At the moment, this script allows us to:

– Do affiliation (one or many levels)

– Reward our trainers according to the number of courses sold

– Manages online payments (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)

– Manages our multiple payments options (many payments spread on time)

– Manages multiple currencies (euro, CAD & USD)

 I’m thinking about leaving Amember because it has its limitations. I want to know if your product offers me to:

1. Maintain all of the functions mentioned above (which are mandatory to my website)?

2. Import our current users in your system?

3. How well does your plugin work with multi-sites?

4. Does it allow to subscribe an unlimited number of trainers?

5. Is the amount of courses limited?

6. Could I offer free and also paid courses (single buying), as well as membership options?

7. Does it allow to deliver sequential content in an triggered way (for instance, opening of a new page/module every month) ?

8. Could I introduce a sales page created with Optimize Press theme for each course?

9. Is the Optimize Press plugin compatible?

10. Could I pay fees (as a commission) A) To my trainer for his courses directly but also for the entirety of my website’s products? B) If my trainer has his own multi-site, can all of the courses and products (combining all of the multi-sites) be gathered in one place on my website? That way, my trainer could sell like he does on his own external website and my website, as well, could do the same in the main online store?

11. Does Sensei allow dynamic progress page?

 

It would greatly help us if you can answer these questions.

1. Kleo theme uses for membership and user restrictions, here are presented and explained all pmpro features: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/features/

2. The users should be imported in WP not in KLEO, so you can give a try using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/import-users-from-csv-with-meta/

3. Kleo theme works correctly using WPML plugin or multilanguage websites.

4. If you are referring to the sensei plugin, there is no limit for creating courses/teachers etc…

5. same as 4

6. If the sensei plugin supports that yes https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/sensei-and-membership/

7. AAsk this the sensei support since this it’s related to sensei.

8. Yes by adding the course link in the page that you create.

9. From what I know yes, I saw kleo users that use it without problems.

10. For an accurate answer related to the sensei, I recommend you to ask this on the support of sensei product, please.

Thanks for your answers… I have one more, following my discussions with sensei.

Does your theme comes with Sensei, or do we have to buy the plugin from WooCommerce-Sensei ?

I told them that Sensei comes with your theme, and the support guy was quite surprised.

Hi,

Our theme doesn’t come with the sensei plugin… sense it’s a separate plugin wich is not bundled in our theme!

If you still have the ticket open with the sensei support team tell him about this.

We have tried your Theme and it does not work well under our WP install (very slow admin) – we would like to get a refund. How do we go about this?

Also please provide a reason since you now got the theme and a refund should have strong reasons

FYI : wp admin slow can be caused by some plugin.
