    Hello,

    We’re still having issues scrolling upwards on website  http://utilitymagazine.com.au/test/. Sometimes when you try to scroll up the page automatically pulls you back down and you can’t get to the top of the screen. I’ve seen this happen many times .please check screenshot as well
