Our website http://www.nextgenerationyoga.com is having strange load behaviour. Usually it is loading just fine – however when the owner (and a few select people on a Mac using Safari) click on a link within their email that takes them to the website – the page does not render properly. The line that we have above the breadcrumbs shows twice and a very wide white space in between.
This only seems to happen when they access the website via a link in email or from within a different program. Refreshing the page corrects the issue.
The owner of the site is very upset as it happens to her most frequently. We have checked error logs, all plugins were updated, WordPress was up-to-date, and the theme as well each time we have tested this issue and the owner is still having the problem as well as 2 other people we are aware of. All Mac users with Safari.
A developer I have contact with says they have come across similar issues to this if the theme is using a ajax call to the wp ajax admin in order to load a page.
I have not been able to see how to check if this theme uses ajax in this way and how to turn it off to test the theory. I look to your expertise as the theme creator on this issue. Or is there a different reason that people on Macs may be having this issue?
People on a Windows machine can not seem to reproduce the issue.
Thank you for your assistance in this issue.

It happens with any page link. It only seems to happen in Safari. Here is what happens in more detail:When there is a link in an email to the website (one link was nextgenerationyoga.com/blog) and Safari is already open with a page of the same website open – it causes the bar at the top to look to be a double bar as seen in the attachment.
When they closed the website page in Safari and they clicked on a link from email which opens a browser window in Safari there is no double bar.
It seems to only happen for people using Safari and when they already have a page of the site open. When it goes to open a second page the double bar occurs.
I will check the link and send you how it comes through from the person who emails it. I do not have a Safari browser and can not replicate the issue. The website owner sees it frequently and is very upset by it and won’t let it rest until we figure out the cause and correct it.
I will send further information as I have it. I have not had a lot of luck running P3. It’s crashed for me in the past. Being that it hasn’t been updated in over 2 years, is it safe to run?
Thanks!

Here are copies of them: https://nextgenerationyoga.com/teachers/training-schedule/ I have copied <href> link – not the ‘text’ and it’s not showing any additional coding or adding to the URL.
Thanks!

I will post back here the outcome.
