Style sheet issue

Neither one of your solutions works.  I cannot install the theme.  I don’t think I should have to pay an additional $50 to have someone do it.  Either give me a proper solution or issue a refund.

Hello, from the title of the ticket you are trying to upload the wrong file. Please first extract the one you downloaded and upload sweetdate.zip found under WordPress folder.
This is basic and most users try with the main package. Please check the documentation and KB also where we show you the install steps, including the step you are doing wrong https://archived.seventhqueen.com/sweetdate/

I did get the theme installed – I apologize for the original post – but I’ve had multiple experiences with themes that are dysfunctional – yours isn’t one of them. It’s very user friendly.
Question: Can you recommend an instant messenger that is similar to the one at this website: https://www.ourtime.com/v3/search/results?start=1&sortCol=MyDefault&DisplayResultsStyle=true

I looked for plugins and external software but only came up with chatrooms.

Hi, glad to hear that you managed to install the theme 🙂 From past experience you can check Arrow chat or Cometchat.
