Styling Options Removal

Hi. I am a front wend developer and I am customizing my site as I need to, but I’m running into a lot of over-writing and use of !important because the front-end styling options is getting in the way. I tried deleting the frmaework/frontend.php but there was no effect. Is there another location the styling options is rendering to that I can remove or anyway to turn it off so I can design freely?

Hello, if you use the child theme style.css your css should be on top of main theme css and the use of !important may be needed sometimes, that or edit the theme style and that would be more work
