Styling the menu

A couple of final questions:
1. I would like to style the main memu with a description under the menu item. see attachment.
2. I would like to add a full width cover on the blog, activity, forum, group pages…between the main menu and the breadcrumbs. How can I best do this?

2. you need to modify the page templates and use a custom header file for the templates where you want to add the cover

for both your points you need development skills because implies custom work.

I dont think Catalin is here anymore. Your request is really beyond the scope of support here. But the you can start with kleo/page-parts/general-before-wrap.php. If you dont have WP template experience you should hire someone to assist you.
