Sub Menu Item

Hi Team, I have noticed when I am on contact page I can see on my left hand side right at the top the social media links, which is good. On the other side I can see something called “Menu item 1; Menu Item 2”
I am not sure where it comes? what is that? I am not using Buddypress on my website and I am not using Woocommerce neither. How can I remove/deactivated those things for the moment? Probably if I use woo commerce later (If it is because of this) I can use it. But I don’t need it right now.

I got this. I can change this from the menu section. All good.
