Submenu layer levels issue

Hello,

my menú is very large and when i show web into ipad, menu sections fill 2 lines. The problem is when i dropdown first menú options above the last menú option which is in the second line. Dropdown menú overcomes the last menú option. I need dropdown menú allways cover everything under but i don’t know to do this with css because all menú options use the same z-index.

I do not know if I’m explaining. I attatch image of this and url of my site.
