For some reason, now suddenly one of our sites hennamatrimonials.com is not working. Users can register as expected, and it sends the activation email, but when you click the link in the activation email it gives a error saying invalid activation key. It was working yesterday, and so I am not sure what the deal is… Can you please help?

PS: just a reminder that you need a different license for each theme install.Cheers

Actually, I had only purchased 3 until you said this just now, I had almost forgotten to go back in to get the fourth copy. Certainly not on purpose…these have been a mess. See here:

I cannot update theme currently…too much customization for an update…but that is not the problem, it just suddenly started happening – on all four sites.
May 14, 2014 at 23:14 #17940AbeKeymasterThank you very much for that. We appreciate that and we are glad to have you as a customer.
Do you have Gravity Forms User Registration plugin? we have seen an similar issue on buddypress site and should be fixed in 2.1 version. More on the fix: https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/5563

We had to change to a new server so we could put an SSL on all four of these sites, and after doing the move, suddenly this issue is here…and only with my own domain! lol…so weird. Well, if you don’t have any ideas, I’ll just keep using my gmail for testing…so weird though. And – you are welcome.

June 24, 2014 at 00:05 #20594AbeKeymasterHi, make sure you have the latest theme installed since it should only happen to old versions of Sweetdate. Also make sure your url in Settings – General match your domain
