Super slow, super annoying and super time-consuming

I/We need help ! … Yes, your Theme is slow-dragging in a critical extend ! … Nope, that’s definitely too soft and polite; a slow-death by an ant-hill would be more pleasent than working around this crap shell ! … BUT, you’re not all off here regarding the design –> The aesthetics are brilliant but functionality is non-existing ! … !

I have read a ton of tickets and can see the problem is a custom pain you sell for money ! ? :S ! … I’ve tried what there is to try and present my patience is past, so please help out with either:

A) Developer Support

B) Refund

I have a quite talented computer scientist on my team and he can’t locate the problem ! – but that should not be necessary with a pro wordpress theme !

WordPress 4.4.2 running Kleo Child theme. KLeo Version 4.0.4!

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing slow load times and I will gladly help you to see what is causing this.

From our experience in the past year I am almost sure it is not related to KLEO theme and it comes from the plugins that are enabled on your site.

To see if the theme is actually causing this, just enable the default WordPress theme and do the same test and see the results. I am sure that KLEO is not affecting the load time in a way you described it.

Let me know how it goes and afterwards maybe do the same test with the plugins by disabling them one by one.

A) Any known conflicts between these and KLEO?

B) I suggest you go login and check with theme check and P3 Plugin Performance Profiler!
–> The results displayed by theme check looks rather troubling –> 50 errors + ! … Maybe non are vital but maybe some lethal! …

C) I have 9 webistes coming up and I was sure to use KLEO ! … That’s a definite no thereto I’m pulling the plug tomrrow if I don’t feel improvements ! … Can I have a refund from you guys for buying poor coding and a lot of time waste ?

Hi there, P3 Plugin Performance Profiler is not something you can relate on for those statistics.
Please follow my advice since our theme is very well coded:
“To see if the theme is actually causing this, just enable the default WordPress theme and do the same test and see the results. I am sure that KLEO is not affecting the load time in a way you described it.”
