ParticipantHi,
I’ve created a pretty good dating site with Membership Levels using the BuddyPress and Paidmembership Pro modules in SweetDate but there is one problem. When a member subscribes to a Free 7 Day trial, after that they can still Private Message and see other profiles. I don’t want them to be able to see anything once trial has ended and especially not message other members. Is there an tick box or something I can do? I can’t see any option to automatically lock all functionality once Free Membership has expired.
Really hope you can help me and any suggestions would be appreciated,
Thanks,
Christian.November 30, 2016 at 11:08 #145631Laura
ModeratorHello, usually when a level expires they shouldn’t have access. Did you set it up correctly? The expiration date.
Can you share access so i can check it out? 🙂Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionNovember 30, 2016 at 12:36 #145644christianmcr

ParticipantHi,
I’m not sure that worked as I can still see the member and message them even if they are not yet subscribed to a Membership Level. The member who has not subscribed yet is AndyTester and yet I can send a message to him.
And when I login as AndyTester (username: toby001 and password:001) I can see other Members online.
PLEASE can you tell me what is wrong as I’m desperate to get this site working. I know it will be something simple but I didn’t quite understand your screenshot.
There are 4 membership levels to choose: Free Trial for 7 Days, 1 day, One Month, 6 Months.
A member should not be visible until they subscribe to one of the levels. Thanks,

ModeratorHello, did you set their restrictions at Sweetdate > Memberships? You can block other levels from viewing the member directory or messages. At the screenshot i show you how to set it so the paid level has a free trial then when it expires it asks to be paid and blocks stuff

ParticipantHi,
It didn’t work trying that solution as BEFORE I select a subscription level I can click on Members in the main menu and see others’ profiles and message them. Can you please log in and check my settings for me?
