Sweetdate section on the backend having issues

When I go to the admin section and click on the sweetdate section at the bottom left and then click on “styling options” “buddypress”

 

an error shows up  and says that something went wrong with displaying the webpage

i just tried now my website won’t pull up at all it says there are too many redirect loops

i got bluehost to fix the site but it seems everytime i try to take something away the site breaks
