Hi,
I just picked up another issue while browsing through our site, t’s something related to tab page title. I am not sure when these errors occurred, some of tab page titles (browser tab) are missing after I updated to the latest version of WP, I suspected! The below pages are missing with their tab titles currently;
http://mysite.com/groups/group-name
http://mysite.com/members/username/
http://mysite.com/groups/testing-group/forum/topic/testing-topic-1/
I noticed that these pages are all related to buddypress and bbpress, any solution to resolve these?
Regards,

After you have updated your wp, do you have updated theme and rest of plugins to latest versions ?
Especially Visual composer and K-elements.
Please make a complete update of your wp install and let me know

I’ve managed to solve the title issue after I followed your suggestion and removed outdated plugins. However, I have another query which how do I change the tab title for the following pages, I can’t get the below page title right;groups | mysite name
site-wide activity | mysite name
members | mysite name
Forums Archive | mysite name
Forum | group forum name | mysite nameCan I use Yoast SEO to change the above mentioned titles? Thanks & regards
January 19, 2016 at 16:55 #99310RaduModeratorHi,
Yes use SEO by Yoast plugin and after you install the plugin go to that pages in backend
groups | mysite name
site-wide activity | mysite name
members | mysite name
Forums Archive | mysite name
Forum | group forum name | mysite nameAnd you can set for these a custom title (see screenshot)
Cheers
