TABS: How to link to a tab (tab id)

sure a quit simple question, but I didn’t find the answer:
Ho to link to a TAB? They do have a TAB ID, like “1437682928518-2-10”

Every id needs to have tab- prefix also needs to have data-tootle=”tab”
