TB_load – gif loader looping on bottom of every page

Hi guys, I just noticed this gif loader looping on my homepage and every other page. Inspecting it brings up something called div#TB_load. Please see screenshot here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/25590611/TB_load_HELP.jpg). I tried disabling a few plugins with no luck. I’m stumped at this point. Have you seen this before, or can you offer any advice on what is causing this? I truly appreciate any help.

I believe I’ve narrowed it down to a plugin I’m using called “WooCommerce Events” as this is the newest plugin added to my site, and browsing through the plugin files I located some js files using TB. I need this plugin at the moment so I’ll probably just hide that infinite gif via css. I’ve contacted the plugin author via codecanyon’s contact page, so I should probably receive an answer sometime before new year’s. Will keep you posted. Would appreciate any advice if you still care to take a look.
