Hello, I preach Kelo Theme, and the future for “new members isn’t working, only popular members.
Please help me to solve this issue (I had already discussed about this bug in the past with one of your tech team, but it doesn’t resolve).

Hello, have you tried deactivating other plugins, removing custom codes and testing the main theme?

For now – the only feature that are working is the “popular” – not the newest.
I believe that it’s some bug in the template.
I want that when people arrive to my website – then they will appear on the home page and on the member page.Home page – http://www.perfectalk.com/

Regarding to this
I want that every person that register to the website will appear as “new”.
This option is not available in kleo, and you should search for a plugin that do that.
Regarding the issue the newest tabs please provide an exact url where the widget appears,and a credentials to can view the page if is need.
Cause for this issue can be some plugins, so i suggest you to disable all plugins except buddypress,k-elements,revolution slider and Visual composer, if after disabling these you are able to switch to newest tab, enable plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

Nice to e-meet you! 🙂1. When I wrote “new”, I meant for one of Kleo theme options (Member Carusel), that isn’t working. This option exist in the theme, but when I click on it – it’s not doing anything. That’s what I meant. The option only working is “popular” right now.

Regarding the carousel you should have more members in carousel not only 8, the carousel will run if you will have from example 10 or 12 or more, the arrows will appear.
2. You can add profile fields that will appear on member profile to complete from wp-admin -> users -> profile fields -> add here your needed fields, then on user profile the fields will appear same as in registration cases the fields will appear to be completed by the user.
Regarding to
I mean – If I want to remove Media button, or add Media to the profile field, it it possible?
To be sure when i providing solution please provide a screenshot in that you will mark the media button.

1. Try to repair user “last activity” data from wp-admin -> tools -> buddypress check “last activity” and repair let me know.

New tickets can be opened from our navigation bar GET SUPPORT -> KLEO -> scroll down -> OPEN A NEW TICKET.
So this issue : members don’t show up in the members list, it’s solved?
