Try to do next, go to wp-admin -> appearance -> theme options -> development mode -> set ON

Let me know, if this will not works i need admin credentials and page URL.

now once entered into google you have to enter this: link http://130.211.196.98/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2F130.211.196.98%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php%3Floggedout%3Dtrue&reauth=1
and enter wordpress user : user and the password:

I think I know what’s going on, there is some permissions problem, provide FTP details to investigate further, meanwhile you can ask your hosting provider to check the writing permissions in /wp-content/uploads/custom_styles/kleo_dynamic.css
