Terms and Condition in signup

I want to have a checkbox for terms and condition on sign up form on front as well as on registration page. how that can be possible.

For registration page you need to make your custom code and add it to sweetdate/registration/register.php

That code is for the home register form. Add it to sweetdate-child/functions.php and make sure you have the child theme active

I have addedd the code in childtheme function file and got a function line error any idea?
