Terms and Conditions Checkbox and Link

Hi

I would like to display the Terms and Conditions link and checkbox on the Register page. I have seen another post on here that states you should turn this on via Miscellaneous menu which I have done, but I still don’t see this being displayed on the register page.

Is there some shortcode to display this?

As an example, I want the same as the following page on the demo site: http://seventhqueen.com/demo/sweetdatewp/register/

It is the latest version of the theme. I am using v2.6. Please can you check and fix?
