hi, if i select register form in home instead search, when user click facebook button for fb login terms and conditions checkbox is not present, so not mandatory

topics is changed, if terms and conditions checkbox in home module is not possibile, i need just the possibility to create a button to show registration popup. i mean the same function of “Register” button of already existent standard button at the top.
