terms and conditions page on small devices without close button

hi, when a user clicks terms and conditions link on sign up using cell phone the page opens as full screen and there is no button to close the page to continue registration. Is there a fix to this problem?

Hi,

When you click that link it opens a page in a new tab, just press back or close the new opened tab, this how the theme it works.

I cannot see your page it require an username and password.
