OK thank you. I will check into this after my site is functioning the way it is supposed to. On a previous help ticket I have noted that my users are not able to sign up correctly and that a flaw in the activation process exists. I have not hired anyone to work on the site nor have I adjusted anything related to user sign up. I would like that function to work correctly as it is supposed to on purchase and then I can follow up with the additions I want to make. Thank you for your help.
Hello, the activation email is not being sent? Try using an SMPT plugin as this is an usual php email issue coming from the server not the theme
