Text format missing on Revolution Slider

Hi, on my rev slider, the text is missing the formatt attributed, it shows, as simple text.
How do I fix this?

Thats the problem, that the format selected on “Edit Slide” options is not responding….

Please send me username and password to your WordPress admin pannel to be able to replicate your error.

Set this as “Private reply”, the checkbox you have under Tags field.
