The filter "Everything" for buddypress is not translated.

If you please refer to the attached image, you would see that the yellow hihglighted “Everything” is not translated.

I have raised this conversation before and the final solution last time was to fix the strings in the php files.

Could you make sure this is updated in the next update ?
