The page title is missing in buddypress for all pages in the member profile

Most buddypress pages have the correct title as ‘Members – sitename’ or ‘Groups – sitename’, however all pages under the member profile just have the title ‘- sitename’.

I’m referring to the title in the browser tab (meta title).
