How to make the tooltip of live notification to be same as others?

I have made my site live yet, so now I just install the theme locally.
The tooltip of hovering on “Live notification” is different to other menus.

Hi Laura, sorry for late replying, I got what you mean. I don’t want to change it, but
I now have this issue, see the attachement.
All other menu items now have been covered by the live notification tooltip (which is useful), so users cannot actually click any others unless they click notification first, that will be very annoying.

is it able to make it to be a sub-menu-item?

Hello, try this:

Go to Appearance > Menu
Find My Account
Move Live Notifications down, to make it a single menu item, next to My Account. Then open it and in the options, select just icon as the title. In Icon choose Megaphone
