If the cache plugin optimization.io is activated the headings (H1,H2…) and body fonts, Open Sans and Roboto respectively do not work even if you reset the font section in the Theme Options:

    ………/wp-admin/admin.php?page=kleo_options&tab=15

or clear the plugin & CDN cache several times over.

Instead each browsers displays its default font for the body and headings, Times News Roman, New Courier or whatever its default font is.

However, if the cache plugin is de-activated the Open Sans and Roboto will work fine all over the website.

I have written down all my Theme Options in case I might have to remove completely the theme (FTP and database options) will doing that resolve the problem?

The problem is that your site is stripping the ?family= parameter so google doesnt know which fonts to load. See attached showing your site stripping the font parameter compared to a site that doesnt. Figure out which plugin (or perhaps a setting in your caching plugin) is doing that to fix it.

Thanks. I’ll see if I can fix the problem otherwise I will have to take it to wpfixit.com to do it.

Since you do custom work, and if they can’t fix it will you guys be able to help for a similar fee to the one they charge?
