Theme install Payments

We tried to pay for a theme installation by credit card and found we needed a paypal account as well. Is this a bug in the payment site or do you really want both sets of payment details.

Our account now shows 2 payments pending. A little concerning. Your help is appreciated.

I guess that is ok. I am new to your system.

We are excited about getting our theme applied and it will be good to know how our double pending payments is resolved.

Hello, right now only PayPal payments are possible. PayPal works with your card so a payment through PayPal will deduct credit from your card. Will check if any double payment was received. Until then please provide the credentials for your WordPress install and let us know what demo to install

Please cancel them as we have no idea how to make them ‘un pending’.

We will get a Pay Pal account and try again.
