Theme not updating right

I just opened a new hosting account and I been having issues with the theme on a fresh install of wordpress.

Some of the issues are:

Issue 1

Logo not displaying correctly on mobile and sometimes home page.

For example I have two pages on my site right now home and custom games, On the home page the theme is displaying  the site name in text like I dont have a logo uploaded but when I click on the custom page link the logo updates to the logo.png like  what it should be displaying.

Issue two

My themes styling options are not updating correctly

I have tried changing my header color and even though the theme options are saved it will not display the changes on the site. I have also tried changing it through the customizer interface and while the changes display what it should look like in the customizer interface when I go to the live site I still have no changes.
