Theme Options Blank

I recently installed this theme. Everything is working fine until I tried to update my logo under the Theme Options > General and all of the links are blank. It says the javascript is void on the footer of my browser window. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately wp-review plugin is causing problems in the whole site and not just the theme options since it has a JavaScript issue. I have disabled it right now and if you want to use it try to contact the plugin developer to fix this
