theme options disappear when turning on paid membership pro

Hello!

 

I am going thru the installation video and when I turn on paid membership pro my theme options disappear. This way I cannot set the membership levels.

Please help.

Thanks for contacting us about issues you’re facing using Paid Memberships Pro with KLEO. I am unable to sign in using the details you have supplied, I think it may be to do with the username, is it supposed to be hyphenated? Please check them and send again in a private reply.

Please also check which PHP version you are using. Try switching between versions of PHP and test again with the plugin activated. If you do not know how to do this please ask your host to guide you.

I just did some tests and I am getting the same error whilst using PHP 7.1, I will refer this ticket to one of our developers and they will be in touch as soon as they can, Mon to Fri, East Europe Time.

Please take this time to share your PHP error log in a .txt in this ticket so that we can take a closer look at the issue. If you do not know how to get this you can contact your host who will be able to assist you.

Cannot see such as error using latest WP + php 7

Can you please re-upload theme files (latest theme version) over the existing theme files in wp-content/themes/kleo ?

Also try to de-activate child theme if you are using just to check.

Hello Radu,

I have tried to switch off the kleo child theme, the problem still exist.
You can also check it in my wordpress admin panel. I have already gave you the credentials.

I had the latest version of KLEO installed since I have bought it this weekend.
I have tried to upload KLEO again thru ftp. Still no change.
I have php 7.1.

I have turned off all plugins except for paid membership pro and it still shows the problem. When I turn off paid membership pro the problem disappears.

Please help me out.

Hi,

yes i see that, but i need your ftp login credentials to take closer look directly on live since on my end this is not happens.

There it’s a internal server error in you deb.log isn’t any 500 error?

It works great.

How did you do it again?

I just re-saved theme options, i pressed on the button save changes even the theme options panel load partially.

So if you will encounter the same thing just press-save changes in theme options then all theme options will appears normally.
