Theme Options don’t work

Hi, when I tap “theme options”, I cant tap on the options and they arent showing up.  The theme options tabs show up, but arent clickable.  Nothing on the right side window appears.  I’ve attached a screenshot.  Any idea why this is happening?

Look for a plugin conflict. Also, Kleo is up to 4.0.3 now. Please update and be sure to update the required plugins by going to Appearance > Install plugins after updating.
