theme options not available

hi there,

after installing the theme and importing the demo content i am not able to access the theme options area. all points seems to be inactive and not clickable.

i got two warnings shown above this area:

Redux Framework Warning
select2-css CDN unavailable. Some controls may not render properly. Please wait a few minutes, then try refreshing the page..

AND

Redux Framework Warning
select2-js CDN unavailable. Some controls may not render properly. Please wait a few minutes, then try refreshing the page..

several refreshes did not help.
