Theme options not work

Hi.

Here is my test site below.
http://monclstudio.dothome.co.kr/church/

I want to remove the top bar and cart icon.

So i had selected the option
Header options => ‘Display top bar = Off’
Woocommerce => ‘Menu cart location = Disabled’ and ‘Mobile menu Cart Icon = Off’

But it has not removed.

Could you help me?

It is difficult that i use.

Go to admin -> find page that are set as home -> Look below main content area -> See screenshot
