I bought the sweetdate theme for a customer, it has failed to work as a result of an error and I asked you to install it one last time but you have not been interested and now my client wants his money back from me. If you don't answer my support request today, I'm thinking of returning the theme.</span>

Hello, please understand that we sell our themes we do not include install and this is stated at Themeforest, aslo refunds are for theme not working, which is not the case, please check the guide I have sent you and try to install it again. You can do this either by ftp or by wordpress install. It’s all detailed at the guide.

And again, please stop creating more tickets because this slows our support service and as I said before we do not do installs, it’s a paid service not included at the theme.
