Theme responsiveness is slugish and slow on mobile and tablet devices

My client has commissioned me to work on a website using the “sweet date” wordpress theme that they found on Themeforest. They have brought to my attention that the demo on your website is not responding smoothly on certain devices, namely the iphone and ipad. The demo loads and responds sluggishly and is difficult to use.

They discovered this only after purchasing the theme. Can you explain why this is the case and what I can do in order to resolve this issue and continue with their plans to use this theme for their project?

I am having the exact same issue. My tablet device does is extremely sluggish and gives the message that the site took to long to respond.

Whenever I attempt to log in with my tablet, it actually takes all my other hosted domains offline. They do not share the same them nor the same site address, Godaddy said it may possibly the Theme itself has an issue? Do you how to correct this?

Hello, It may seem a bit slow because of some Javascript code that runs when you scroll the page.
Try this:
– Disable sticky menu from WP admin – Sweetdate – Layout settings – Sticky Menu – OFF
– Change this files content with the new one provided by us:
wp-content/themes/sweetdate/assets/scripts/app.js with https://archived.seventhqueen.com/files/app.js
wp-content/themes/sweetdate/custom_buddypress/bp-functions.php with https://archived.seventhqueen.com/files/bp-functions.txt

The thing with taking all other sites off I don’t think it is related to the theme and we haven’t heard this before. A WordPress site normally needs more than a shared hosting if you have many visitors.

bad code on the bp- functions.php code i spent 2 hours trying to resore my site after ftp the new code now i have this error and have lost members carousel

its just no good

really fed up with now the support/files/bp-functions.txt has some fault in it so i put a old back up copy in and my site is messed up again

have changed both files back again to the new files as above now the middle part of my site is missing and the carousel in not working downy display
