Theme Styling Options (Not Populating)

Since the most recent update I’ve noticed that my styling options(colors & backgrounds) are not taking effect on the site. Everything is being saved and looks like it is updated, but when I refresh and/or clear my cache there is no effect on the live version.

Help, please, fast!

Actually, sorry. I’m still having problems. I made a couple of adjustments that took effect and now it’s back to the original problem. Everything seems to be acting very glitchy now.

The menu sub-categories are not populating either. Everything is laid out fine in the back end but the main navigation category acts as a link and leads to no drop down.

OK I figured it out. Access to my site was limited via Restricted Site Access plugin. Bascially, your site cannot be private. I renamed my index file and set the Restricted Site Access to Discourage, so I can still work in stealth mode.
