theme update

hello. I download files for theme updating. But  how to update ? Sorry for this stupid questions. Im new with words press. Thanks for help

Hello, just go to your envato account, at themeforest, Account > Settings
Find API Keys and create one, now at your wordpress admin go to Sweetdate > Misc and at Themeforest username, add your username, and at Themeforest api, paste your api. Save and you will see the update notification 🙂
