    Hello I have two active licenses of KLEO, one I have received update notification but haven’t received for another one.

    Yes I understand, But I explained earlier, I haven’t received update alert for another theme.

    Did you add the api and username at both websites?
    If you bought 2 licenses, the email is for both

    yes its is added on both web licenses.

    Well, I have bought one theme and it is installed for few months, the new license was bought just now, I received the update on the new license but not which I bought it earlier. Both sites are live. And I won’t understand your suggestion for keeping one theme installed and use different license, both themes are installed and both are having envato API

    Hello, that i mean is that you wont get a different update for different license, the same update, same mail is for both, you can update by envato api or just using the main theme file at your wp-content/themes folder

    Hi,
    1. ENVATO API is correctly added for both of theme settings
    2. License which I have purchased recently has been updated
    3. The license which I have bought initially almost 4 months before is not updated yet.
    4. I don’t have any idea if I am able to explain you the issue.

    Hello, i understand that you cant update the theme?
    Please share admin credentials so i can check it out
    If you cant update the theme using the autoupdater then i suggest to do it manually, its very easy:
    – Download the new theme version
    – Take the kleo.zip file and at your hosting file manager or by FTP, at wp-content/themes
    Drop the file and uncompress it
    Then your theme will be updated
