Theme Update Error and WP Bakery License Question

Hi,

My site is telling there is a new update to KLEO, but when I try to update I get this error: An error occurred while updating Kleo: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

I am not sure what it means by valid URL?

Also, the WP Bakey is asking me to upgrade to a license. Do I have to pay for a license to use, or does this come with the theme typically?
