Theme Upload Failing

Hi,

 

I’ve tried to install the theme into our wordpress site hosted via 123-reg  but it keeps uploading and getting to 100% and then taking me to a white screen that gives no clue but says the following

Are you sure you want to do this?

Please try again.

 

I have tried to increased php parameters but it still isn’t working.
