Theme Upload Issues

Hi. I attempted to install the theme several ways and I am still having issues. Originally I received a “413 Entity Too Large Error.” So, I uploaded the theme via FTP. It worked, but when I activated it, I couldn’t get into my WP Dashboard. It was a white screen. So, I deleted the theme and contacted my host and they increased the upload limit for me. Now I am able to upload the theme successfully, however the theme is still blank. I’ve deleted it and started over several times to no avail. Please help.

Hello,

That white screen can be caused by many things,

I recommend you to delete all data including database.

It should work with a new database.

If not work, give me cpanel details, i will help you with installation.

Thanks for the quick response. I’m strictly a designer… lol, so I’m not sure I know exactly what you mean. But, are you referring to in the datastore folder in the cpanel? I took a screenshot to show you what I mean.

If you cannot handle, please provide FTP/cPanel account, i need to look closer.

I just activated the Kleo theme and i installed the plugins, seems to working without problems.
