there is an issue in the code for buddyapp

there is a problem with yout theme .. ive spent a week back and fourth with our app provider .. and they sent me a picture informing that you need to edit your code

in order for it to be fully mobile responsive as you said it should be. the create user form is not fully mobile responsive and doesent work behind the iframe on an iphone 6

hello.. i was wondering if you could take a look at the  APPCODE myloopnetwork app in my account and open it then> go to login screen slider …

click it and go to create account .. from there the screen isent responsive on an iphone 6 unless i hold it side ways .. how can we fix this . please help

i see that but please go to create user and create a user … if i do it on the iphone with out the bizness apps iframe it works .. but if i do it from inside the app it will not work .. i click and click nothing happens so please go to the same place and click the create account and try creating one .. with and with out the bizness apps try it also with just the iphone and the url http://www.myloopnetwork.com

there is no screenshot .. can you just please follow these steps .. do exactly what you did i the video ..

but

click create an account .. then notice that you cant touch anything in the fields

thats it

then you will see the problem,

this email back and fourth communication is very hard because a one day problem since last week is almost a week ..

can we please fix this now please

in your video you tried to login ..

i need you to click create an account and try to create one .. the touchpad in the ifram wont work ..

but i know my site works and is fully mobile optimized because without bizness apps its just fine

Unfortunately this issue is not on our end as the first screen shows the content properly.

You will need to contact the website developer in order to adjust the website code.

For full optimization, below we pointed out the problem and what they need to do to correct the issue.

I see you are using Buddyapp from seventh queen. let us know if they fix it.

negative .. i am the website developer.. you are skipping past my concern …

you didnt even acknowledge it ..

when you click create an account nothing can be pressed ….

if it was an issue with my website then it would not work on the iphone without your iframe

if i go to create an account from my iphone in any browser it works fine no issues ..

the second i use the biznessapps previewer nothing can be pressed

that is not a problem from my website … come on really?

Hi,

If you can tap the items on the first page, it means that issue is not on our side with the iframe.

If the issue was on our side, you would not be able to tap any items or tap and go to the second page.

I checked this website http://myloopnetwork.com/ and it’s running WordPress, the BuddyApp theme and the BuddyPress plugin. See attached screenshot.

I’d recommend checking the support for this specific Theme.
